Wataru Taguchi transitioned from trading company work to winemaking, beginning grape cultivation in Ueda City in 2016 while studying at Chikumagawa Wine Academy. Established in 2024, the winery produces natural yeast wines without herbicides or synthetic pesticides, reflecting Taguchi's commitment to pure, natural winemaking.
