Since 2015, Takeo Ikeda, a local from the Nukaji area at over 800 meters elevation, has cultivated and vinified Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir with his family. The high-altitude location and family operation create wines that reflect both the elevated terroir and generational dedication to the craft.
