Inspired by Pinot Noir and Takayama Village, the Kurata couple founded their winery in 2019. They harvest fully ripe grapes by parcel, ferment separately in barrels, then blend or release as premium single-parcel wines. Each label features a unique photo sequence of a ballerina dancing, reflecting their artistic vision and the elegance they seek in their wines.
