Minoru Tamura, who runs a yakiniku restaurant in Kyoto, began grape cultivation in 2016 while studying as a first-term student at Chikumagawa Wine Academy. Commuting between Kyoto and Ueda, he established the winery in 2024, managing it with his daughter Moe Kozono in a unique bi-city operation that combines restaurant expertise with winemaking.
