Toshihiro Ike relocated to Tomi City in 2010 and began grape cultivation. He established Nagomi Vineyards in August 2018, producing wines fermented with wild yeasts that authentically express the local terroir. The winery name "Nagomi" reflects the harmony between natural winemaking and the peaceful environment of Tomi City.
