Established in 2014 by chef-turned-winemaker Yutaka Nakajima, this boutique natural winery in Tomi cultivates French varieties on steep slopes at 850 meters elevation. Drawing from his culinary background, Nakajima crafts minimal intervention wines that showcase pure fruit expression, including a distinctive pétillant rosé made from Kyoho grapes that demonstrates his innovative approach to Japanese winemaking.
