Nobuhiro Soga returned to his hometown and, with his wife Haruna, has cultivated wine grapes since 2013. After gaining experience at Domaine Oyamada, they established their winery in 2021, producing organic, unfertilized grapes fermented with wild yeast in Tenryugawa, Nagano. Their commitment to natural methods reflects a deep respect for the land and traditional farming practices.
