Jun Murata, who has held winemaking roles at multiple Nagano wineries, established his own winery in 2014 in Tenryugawa. Drawing from extensive experience across the prefecture's wine regions, he produces wines from contracted grapes while offering small-lot custom vinification services with clear objectives for each project.
