Senior sommelier Atsuto Narusawa, who runs Italian restaurants in Nagano City, began grape cultivation in his hometown Sakaki Town with friends in 2011. They established the winery in 2018, adding the restaurant Vino della Gatta, creating a complete wine and dining experience that showcases his sommelier expertise alongside locally produced wines.
