Yuji Nakagawa and Noriko Sakurayama's long-awaited winery was completed in autumn 2023 in Higashiyama, Ueda City's Shiodadaira region. Located at 550 meters elevation on south-facing slopes surrounded by vineyards in an agricultural promotion area, they produce natural wines fermented with native yeasts. Their goal is to create elegant, age-worthy Japanese-style reds.
