Owner Chiemi Nakamura cultivates "Hokuten no Shizuku" and Kerner grapes in Omachi City and "Fuji no Shizuku" in Ikeda Town. After studying at Chikuma River Wine Academy, she established the winery in 2019. This unique operation combines winemaking with hospitality, as wines are exclusively sold and served at their farmhouse inn, creating an intimate farm-to-table experience where guests can enjoy wines in the same rural setting where the grapes are grown.
