Go Shioze and Sho Saito, experienced in cultivation and winemaking at Nagano wineries, founded Le Milieu in 2018. Named from the French for "middle," the winery aims to produce affordable, high-quality wines with complexity, positioning themselves in the middle ground between everyday wines and premium offerings.
