At the foothills of Yatsugatake, Toshiyuki and Takako Hidachi began cultivating wine grapes in 2015. The winery opened in 2024, becoming a true family operation with their daughter Kiriko managing winemaking and operations, while her twin sister Kaede brings artistic vision through label design, creating a harmonious blend of family talents in every bottle.
