Masaki Tomioka, fifth-generation proprietor of the historic Nakadanaso hot spring inn, began grape cultivation in 2002. In August 2018, they established their long-awaited winery with their third son, Hayato, serving as head winemaker. This family operation combines traditional hospitality expertise with modern winemaking, featuring a second-floor café that offers guests a complete wine and dining experience rooted in generations of hospitality tradition.
