Part of the Matsumoto City-based Ohtaki Group, Belly Beads Winery operates in Shiojiri-known as Japan's geographic "belly"-with a vision to connect people like beads on a string. The winery manages grape cultivation, winemaking, direct sales, and serves their wines in affiliated restaurants, maintaining quality control throughout the entire production and distribution chain.
